Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Basket" button next to each item. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments and paypal and use SAGEPAY as our payment provider for your complete comfort over card security. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction from GBP Sterling to your own currency.

We accept the following but not American Express:-
- Visa
- MasterCard.
- Delta
- JCB
- Maestro
- Pin Train
- Solo

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If any of your items are not in stock, we will automatically reserve your order. We may also email you to suggest a suitable alternative item, and your order will be given priority once back in stock.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract Cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
