Shipping charges apply depending on weight and destination which will be calculated and advised when placing your order.
If you want to know the cost of delivery for your order, we recommend placing the items into the online shopping basket that you want to order. Once you have all the items that you require, you will be taken to the "cart" screen and at this stage the system will give you an approximate shipping cost based on a UK delivery.
You can change the delivery country at this stage if you want to check overseas postage costs.
The cost of delivery will depend on the type of service that you select though you can make the choice of service once you go to the "Checkout" stage in the order processing.
If you are unhappy, simply cancel the order at this stage and it will not be sent to us for processing.
We send goods out to almost all countries where a delviery service is available that can be signed for on receipt.
In addition, we can only ship overseas when approved by our insurance company, our business policy and any known Customs regulations in advance. If we receive your order and subsequently decide that shipping to your country is unavailable, we will advise you by email, cancel your order, and not process any payment to your credit card.
We will process your order as soon as we can which is almost always within 1 to 3 business days.
UK deliveries will take from 1 to 7 days depending on the service you select at the time of your order as a guide.
International orders are generally delivered in 14 to 21 days.
Due to licensing, copyright, warranty and other issues, we occasionally are unable to deliver to all geographical locations and will advise you at the time your order is placed if we cannot fulfill your order as requested. The length of time it will take for your order to be delivered will depend upon product availability, and the selected mode of delivery (e.g. Economy, Express etc.) though at an absolute maximum, we aim to complete all orders within 5 working days for the UK. Please contact us if your order is urgent to check stock availability.
If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your item(s) is overdue, you can check the status of your order by emailing or phoning us and providing us with the order details confirmed on the web site at the time your order was placed. If your order is severely overdue, we will track your order through out delivery company's records and attempt to get the order to you as quickly as possible.
You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Claims after this time cannot usually be considered by our delivery companies so it is important to get in touch with us quickly if the parcel is damaged. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
