Good customer service ~ lovely organic face mask - This is small in face mask size, not in going around the head. I prefer this type and when I ordered a second one, of the 'normal' size it came with faulty elastic and I could not even get it around my head! I sent emails with photos. They quickly checked the problem in their manufacture, and then offered to send me another one when they discovered that a batch of elastic they had received was not very good. I appreciated the good customer service and received the new mask very quickly. I prefer organic and was really happy to pay extra to get it! (Cosmic Sunshine ~, 09/11/2020)

HELP FOR DISABLED PERSON - My disabled husband - he is an amputee - needs to be as comfortable as possible and finds that the travel pillow supports his neck and head well at night. 3D Eye Mask - I'd read about the health benefits of sleeping in complete darkness. It promotes deeper sleep and improves your health. I bought the eye mask to wear when I sleep. I certainly feel more refreshed !! These masks are of good quality , fit well and do the job. They are reasonably priced and your quick dispatch of my order was excellent. Just the job - Does the job very well and the soft cover makes for good comfort. Only drawback is that the non return valve in the mouth piece either stops you blowing it up easily or getting the air out without inserting something into the tube to release the valve. The usual squeezing seems to make no difference. Can be fiddly on aircraft (Ken Nason, 09/10/2020)
