Excellent Product - I have now purchased 4 jetrest eyemasks for myself and my family. I have used the mask for travelling and for hotel stays when the rooms were too light due to smoke sensor lights or thin curtains and outside lighting. The mask is excellent as it fits well, doesn't come into contact with the eyelids due to the moulded shape and stays in place. My friends are also asking for the details of the supplier. No mistaking this item of luggage. - I chose a single word for my personalised luggage strap - an interest that I don't believe anyone else would advertise on their suitcase! The strap is strong, broad and cobalt blue, and the word is highly visible, black on white. No problem at all identifying it on the conveyor belt - I am delighted. (Anne Marie, 28/11/2013)

Very useful transparent and waterproof neck pouch - I used to use this on holiday and for carrying my work badge and keys. It's very easy to find things in it because of its being transparent. I've never tried taking it in the water but I imagine you could swim in it if you wanted to. The only disadvantage is that it tears rather easily if you try to put too much in it so I now use the flesh-colour, more durable neck pouch. (June, 24/11/2013)

At last a good days sleep! - As a night shift worker I have tried various eye masks to help me sleep during the day. The JetRest eye-mask is by far the most comfortable and effective of them all. The shaped eyepieces keep the mask away from the eyes so that it feels like it is really dark rather than you are wearing a mask. (Aiden, 23/11/2013)

Best sleep on a plane - Bought 3 of these pillows for 3 of us travelling to Australia. First time any of us have managed to have a fairly decent sleep in an upright position on a plane. Great buy for my grandsons - My grandsons were travelling by car from N Ireland to Germany, so I bought 2 pillows and sent them to my daughter for the boys. Quality was excellent and very good value. Excellent customer service - I use black Samsonite luggage, like 90 per cent of the population. The bright yellow personalised Jet Rest luggage straps really help to me to identify my luggage straightaway so I no longer wait an extra 20 minutes by the luggage carousel wondering whether that case is mine; or accidentally hauling off someone else's case only to have to drag it back on again.
