Excellent Service - This was the first time we had even contemplated buying personalised straps for our cases. Being disabled i have a distinct disadvantage when it comes to identifying cases and usually end up waiting till everyone has taken theirs and the ones left must be mine. My portable black out blind! - I bought the JetRest Luxury Eye Mask in pink after much research on the internet looking for the ultimate eye mask. I also read a lot of the positive reviews on this site. I suffer from bouts of insominia and am a very light sleeper. I can't sleep with any light in the room, be it daylight or even a TV on standby. Black out blinds only help so much, as the light still creeps in around them. This eye mask is great, it does provide complete black out, as long as you arrange it properly on your nose, you can move your eyes with complete freedom, so it's like being in a darkened room. It is soft enough to wear sleeping on your side (obviously it will move around a little depending on how much you move - but not significantly), and is great for afternoon naps as it blocks out all the light. I have also worn it on flights. I now take it everywhere with me, and have been raving about it to anyone who will listen! (Smarls, 24/05/2013)

Travel Pillow - Having travelled to Australia using the inflatible travel pillow which I found not that comfortable as I have a neck problem. I invested in the travel pillow which I used to good effect on this trip to Australia. I found that I averaged approx 5hrs straight sleep and also dosed without neck ache on the 13hr flight from Hong Kong, plus 4hrs sleep on the Sydney to Hong Kong leg. Clear Prospects Ltd Review of The JetRest Luxury Silk Eye Mask - I deal with quite a lot of eye masks as we stock many varieties but I have never come across one as soft as this. They are genuinely 100% silk and you can really tell as the feel against the skin is incredible. It does the job - I have used the inflatable comfort pillow for the first time on our recent long-haul trip, and it did not disappoint. However I found that the best use of it on the plane was using it at the front neck area rather than the back as often shown on pictures. Super easy to inflate and deflate, it is compact. Fantastic product - I bought two of this because we can't attach blackout blinds to our uPVC windows and the morning light was keeping us awake. My sisters love these straps - I bought these straps for my sisters as they were due to go on holiday and always had difficulty recognising their cases.
