Luggage Straps - Good solid straps. Text is not stitched on, but made of stuck on letters (like T shirt images). They're still all there after our first trip, so we'll see how it goes. Small bags for storing the straps are more useful than I thought they'd be. (pxd, 30/09/2012)

For a good night's sleep - I bought my first JetRest Luxury Eye Mask many years ago just for sleeping on transatlantic flights. I ended up wearing it at home too during the early morning daylight of Spring/Summer ensuring I don't wake up until I need to! I left it behind in a hotel by mistake and tried being without it but ended up buying another recently after too many early starts up with the lark. It is the ONLY eye mask that really does block out all light (I have tried others) is very comfortable to wear with its moulded 'eye shapes' and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Probably the best eye mask ever! - I bought this eye mask twice for my boyfriend and once for myself and a friend of mine. As good as it says - This travel pillow was as good as I expected- the combination of using the pillow,an eyepatch and earplugs meant that I actually managed to sleep on both the 12 hour flight trip Peru and the 13 hour overnight bus on our journey to Maccu Pichu! Personalised Luggage Straps - After I'd bought a bigger "inclusive package" I saw the buy 2 get 2 offer which was more suitable. I phoned company and they were really helpful, changed immediately to other product (which was cheaper and so not to their advantage!) and delivered next day (I didn't pay for priority delivery). My initial concern about the "click-in" type fixing was it might come undone, but no concerns. Great product, great company - sadly this is unusual with many companies nowadays, but not Jetrest - a refreshing change. Definitely recommend (Dave Cole, 23/08/2012)

perfect gifts - purchased 3 of these travel pillows - 2 for xmas gifts and one for my daughter who travels to South Wales from York. Pillows arrived very quickly and well packed. I have used one for last two years and on long coach journey it is fantastic as it gives good support and makes sleeping upright very easy. Simple and works - This cushion works much better than the inflatable ones because the JetRest has a flat section which goes at the back of the neck and doesn't push your head forwards. It successfully fills the gap between your head and shoulder, stays where you put it and is easily manipulated into different positions. (Bev, 22/08/2012)

My daughter loves these eye masks - I can really recommend these masks. My daughter has always been distracted at bedtimes and finds it hard to settle but these masks take away the distractions and allow her to sleep much faster. She is also very good at sleeping in until late - i like those 8 or later weekend lie ins! Wouldn't fly without it! - This is my second Jet Rest pillow - I thought I'd left my original one on the plane and panic set in so I bought another then found the original! But no matter - I've tried other pillows and none compare to the Jet Rest. It's snug and cosy and certainly helps on those awful long-haul night flights. Spot my luggage! - Had some personalized straps before these but over the years had been lost in various airports, but these are much better. Wouldn't commute without it! - My friend had one of these pillows went we went travelling a few years ago. We used to fight over it as it was the comfiest thing ever and one of the only things that used to give you any support when we would fall aslepp on a bus or a train etc. I'd been trying to find one ever since as I couldn't remember the name but I'm so glad that I came across their website. excellent - We bought the luggage straps as we were fed up trying to see which suitcase was ours as they all look the same but with the luggage straps we can see which cases are ours straight away as they are bright yellow with our name on it.
