Excellent customer service - I ordered 4 straps and one had the initials transposed. I emailed with the problem and it was rectified speedily. It's easy to give good service when there's no problems but it's a better measure of quality service when you see how they rectify problems. Great eye masks - Purchased for a trip to Iceland in the summer when it doesn't get dark... These eye masks were great, kept the light out, comfortable to wear and didn't leave any marks on the face. Great product, would buy again. Also delivery was very quick. (Louise, 07/08/2018)

Easily noticeable bag straps - The straps are easily recognised afar on the conveyor belt so that we are prepared to haul the suitcases off. Would not want to do without them. (Brigitte Marsh, 04/08/2018)

Great product - Ordered one to start with to see what they were like and was really pleased with it so ordered three more, all with our initials. All arrived quickly but one came with initials the wrong way round. A quick email with a quick response and a replacement came very quickly. I keep buying these! - Excellent soft little cushions for travelling, or use at home for neck or back support Just the right size for comfort wherever you are. They last forever. Simple idea, comfortable to use - Bought 2 of these (150cm)to go with new 500ml filter water bottles. Used them whilst walking on recent holiday. Didn't want to take lots of things with us on walk these were perfect. Even managed to put snack bar down side of bottle as the elastic was big enough. Comfortable to carry over shoulder, can do it cross body but 200cm maybe better if you are taller. (Woman50, 24/07/2018)

Without question, the best available eye masks - These eye masks are top quality, good looking, light as a feather to wear. Breathable so you don’t get get sweaty round the eyes. They last for years: I can’t remember how long ago I bought our first batch and the whole family has several each now - for home, holiday house and one kept at work. Great value for a family set of luggage straps - I was really pleased with the straps. They are very distinctive, essential in any airport, and being able to personalise each strap makes them perfect if travelling separately. The material used is very robust and the combination locks make them very easy to adjust and fit and remove from any case. A good night's sleep - My adult son has difficulty sleeping and uses eye sleep masks. This one is perfect. Keeps the light out and the 3 D shape makes it comfortable to wear all might. Luggage straps - Bought straps for the cases some years ago but as they were black did not stand out well. These ones are really good and the names also stand out. See my case. - I've used a personalised luggage strap for years and find it really useful to spot my case on luggage carousels.When I came to collect my case from Heathrow recently the strap was missing so I searched on line and found JetRest.
